1. Introduction:

By accessing and utilising the services provided by Simply Done Services (“the Company”), headquartered in London, you (“the Client”) signify that you have perused, comprehended, and agree to abide by the ensuing terms and conditions.

2. Provision of Services:

Simply Done Services delivers a spectrum of proficient services, which includes but is not confined to:
• Home removals
• Commercial removals
• Waste disposal
• Furniture delivery
• Packaging solutions
• Supply of packing material
• Painting services for business locations and private dwellings
• Laminating
• Bespoke services upon solicitation.

3. Contractual Commencement:

Upon the Company’s receipt of the Client’s deposit and explicit acceptance of the tendered quotation, a binding contract is initiated between the two parties, conditioned by the terms and stipulations mentioned herein.

4. Payment Protocols:

a. Payments are necessitated upon the successful culmination of the delineated services.

b. Recognised payment conduits comprise bank transfers and cash.

c. Post-agreement on the service quotation, a deposit is mandated, which remains non refundable except under conditions delineated in our cancellation and reimbursement policy.

5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy:

a. WriPen requests for cancellation are imperative and are entertained within the standard business timeframes.

b. Inadequate notice for cancellation could lead to the loss of the deposit or imposition of a cancellation fee.

c. Reimbursement of deposits is feasible only with adequate prior notice and provided no services have been dispensed.

6. Duties of the Client:

a. For removal endeavours, Clients are entrusted with ensuring seamless property access within the pre-agreed timeframes.

b. For waste management, Clients are obligated to offer a detailed list of materials or items marked for disposal.

c. Non-adherence to these stipulations could lead to a forfeiture of deposit and potential charges for ensuing damages.

7. Liability and Indemnification:

a. The Company proposes an insurance option, details of which will be elucidated upon solicitation.

b. Simply Done Services does not assume responsibility for damages or mishaps emerging from unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

8. Hours of Operation:

a. Simply Done Services functions between 8 am to 6 pm.

b. Service schedules are established in mutual agreement with the Client, with an inclination for removal tasks to commence at 8 am.

9. Data Confidentiality and Security:

a. Although account creation isn’t obligatory for service procurement, essential data including pick-up and drop-off locales, client’s name, surname, contact number, and electronic mail address are collated and conserved in harmony with prevailing data protection statutes.

b. All individual data is securely warehoused and remains undisclosed to third parties without the transparent consent of the Client.

10. Feedback and Resolution Mechanisms:

a. Feedback is invaluable to the Company, and Clients are encouraged to disseminate their reviews on plagorms like Google and Trustpilot.

11. Promotional Activities:

Whilst Simply Done Services presently abstains from promotions, the right to introduce and modify promotional activities is reserved. Pertinent terms will be communicated accordingly.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

The present terms and conditions, alongside any disagreements emanating thereof, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both Simply Done Services and the Client concur to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
