4. Payment

a. The pricing for our services will be as quoted on the website or as otherwise communicated during the booking process.

b. Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

c. If payment is not made within the specified time, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount.

5. Termination

a. We reserve the right to terminate a contract if you breach any terms of this Policy or for any other reason by providing you with wriPen notice.

b. You have the right to terminate the contract by providing us with wriPen notice, subject to any fees or costs incurred up to the point of termination.

6. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or losses you may incur. Our total liability for any direct loss or damage will not exceed the total price of our services.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be in breach of this contract nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.

8. Data Protection

All personal data provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
